Return & Refund Policy

Returns for Dissatisfaction:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the delivery date to return the product for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. 

Please note: that certain items are not eligible for return, such as personalized or customized products.

Shipping Charges Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs (which is ₹100-200). However, if the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping expenses.

 

Condition for under warranty product:

For products experiencing color fading issues within the warranty period, there are no additional charges for the customer. We offer a hassle-free process where the product will be replaced free of charge. Please contact our customer service at support@gosarte.com or wa.me/916386647849 to initiate the warranty claim.

 

How to Return:

Steps are easy to follow:

  • Start your return by emailing us with your order number and the reason (You can also WhatsApp us) .
  • Securely pack the item(s) in a box or envelope of your choice. Please write your order # on the outside of the package.
  •  Gosarte team will create a replacement/return for you
  •  Once we receive your package, we’ll promptly process your return.

 

Refunds:

Returns will be processed within 1 business day after you've received your package. The refund will be issued to the same payment account within 3 business days you used for the original purchase per your request. In case of COD payments, payments will be sent via IMPS/Gpay/Paytm/Phonepe.
