Payment Policy

1. Personalized Products:

  • For products with name engraving, only online payment options will be available.
  • Cash on delivery (COD) will not be applicable for personalized items to avoid instances of non-receipt after customization.

2. Non-Personalized Products:

  • Cash on delivery (COD) is available for non-personalized products.
  • Customers can choose the COD option at the checkout for eligible items.

3. Order Confirmation:

  • Personalized orders will be confirmed only upon successful payment receipt.Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Non-personalized orders placed with the COD option will be confirmed, and the delivery process will commence.Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement.

4. Cancellation Policy:

  • Once a personalized order is confirmed, cancellation will be possible within 24 hour
  • Non-personalized orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement.

Payment Refund on Cancellations

In case you had placed your order via online payment methods, your payment refund will be reflected within 5 business days in the same account as was used to pay earlier.
