PERSONALISATION GUIDE
Make the detail yours.
A clear, simple process for adding names, initials or meaningful text to eligible GOSARTE pieces.
Review spelling, spacing and product options carefully before purchase. Your submitted personalisation is treated as the instruction for the order.
Enter the detail exactly as you want it
Add the requested name, initials or short message. Follow the character limit shown on the product page.
Review spelling and options
Check every character carefully and confirm any product options or variants before adding the piece to your bag.
Complete checkout securely
Review the order in your bag and continue through Shopify checkout. Once processing or personalisation begins, changes may no longer be possible.
AGOOD INPUT
Keep the personalisation clear and intentional.
Use the exact spelling, capitalisation and spacing you want. Short names, initials, dates or simple messages usually create the cleanest result when the product allows them.
BIMAGE GUIDANCE
Use product images as your visual reference.
Check the product gallery for scale, finish and placement. Where a dedicated preview is not shown, product imagery should be treated as the guide for the overall piece while your entered text remains the order instruction.
CTIMING
Personalisation should be confirmed before processing starts.
Orders are scheduled to ship within 24 hours. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact support immediately. A change cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
GOOD TO KNOW
Personalisation questions.
What can I personalise?
The available personalisation field on each eligible product shows what information can be submitted for that piece.
What if I make a spelling mistake?
Contact support as soon as possible. Once processing or personalisation begins, changes may not be possible.
Can personalised items be returned?
Because they are made to your requested details, change-of-mind returns may be restricted. Damaged, defective or incorrect items should be reported promptly.
